X-Y-Z-Positioner
System for Driveline Test Rigs
Four
X-Y-Z-positioners for the load units and one X-Y-Z-positioner
for the driving unit were
manufactured for an all-wheel driveline test rig. A base plate
functions to shift the complete positioner unit in X-direction.
An intermediate plate is used for the movement in Y-direction.
The die set for the adjustment in Z-direction is also fixed
on this plate. The number of pillars depends on the design
of the respective unit. A top plate carries the electric motor.
Positioning:
Differential thrustors or alternatively gear motors and trapezoid
spindles are used for the shifting in X- and Y-direction.
The Z-adjustment of the top plate is realized by means of
plunger cylinders. The separate moving plates can be clamped
manually or with spring clamps.
